Create universally accessible PDF files from any Windows application
PDF creation tools can be very expensive, but those that are cheaper or free can also be rather basic. novaPDF is available in three different versions, each offering its own set of tools and accompanying price tag, so you can carefully select the one that will best serve your needs.
All versions of novaPDF are capable of producing PDF files from any Windows program, with the option of embedding images and formulae. Print resolutions of between 72 and 2400dpi can be selected depending on requirements, and any fonts used in a document are embedded to ensure a uniform look no matter what platform the resulting files are open on.
There are a large number of page formatting options available including the ability to choose which should be used as a start page and choosing between layouts such as single page, continuous and facing pages.
The Standard version of the program adds a number of options including the ability to adjust page margins and adjust zoom levels up to 400%. To help reduce file sizes, text and images can be compressed, and graphics can also be down-sampled. Any URLs and links to local files can be automatically converted into hyperlinks and a highly customisable multiline bookmark system allows for easy navigation of long documents. PDF can be watermarked in a number of different ways for added security.
